Evaluation and Analysis of CT Imaging on the Bleeding Site,Bleeding Volume,Hematoma Morphology, and Intraventricular Rupture in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:Exploring the clinical characteristics and evaluation value of CT imaging examination for the quality of prognosis in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:100 patients with confirmed cerebral hemorrhage admitted between January 2020 and December 2022 were included as the analysis subjects. All patients underwent CT imaging examination within 24 hours after onset, and their bleeding location, bleeding volume, hematoma morphology, and rupture into the ventricles of the brain were sorted out. The evaluation value of the CT impact characteristics on the prognosis of patients was analyzed. Results:All patients were diagnosed with the location of bleeding through CT imaging and their bleeding volume was calculated. The hematoma mainly presents as a spherical shape;37 patients experienced ventricular rupture. After implementing treatment measures for cerebral hemorrhage,9 patients died. After univariate analysis,it was found that the location of the bleeding lesion, bleeding volume>60mL,presence of hematoma rupture into the ventricle, and significant displacement of the median line were risk factors affecting the prognosis of the patients. Conclusion:Through CT scanning, the location of the lesion, the amount of bleeding, the shape of the hematoma, and whether there is a rupture into the ventricle in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can be clearly determined. This serves as an important basis for evaluating the prognosis of patients and provides important data reference for doctors.
