Comparison of Diagnosis Between CT and MRI in Lacunar Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To explore the application value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of lacunar cerebral infarction. Methods:Taking April 2023 to April 2024 as the data interception interval,72 patients with suspected lacunar cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected, all of whom were examined by CT and MRI respectively, and the diagnosis results of the two methods were observed and analyzed. Results:The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of MRI in the diagnosis of lacunar cerebral infarction were 94.44%,95.45% and 83.33%,which were higher than those of CT (P>0.05). The detection rate of 100.00% of lacunar cerebral infarction with onset time less than<24h was significantly higher than that of CT (x2=4.075,P<0.05). Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can detect lacunar cerebral infarction with larger infarction diameter, more lesions, longer detection time and higher examination cost (P<0.05). Conclusion:CT and MRI have their own advantages and limitations in the diagnosis of lacunar cerebral infarction. Based on the overall diagnostic value analysis,MRI is relatively higher.
