Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Breast Lobe Tumors Study on Color Ultrasound Performance and Its Application Value
Objective:To investigate the color Doppler ultrasonography and its application value in the diagnosis of breast lobe tumor. Methods:A retrospective study was carried out on the medical records of patients with breast lobe tumor treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2023,with a total of 54 medical records,and the manifestations and diagnosis of color ultrasound were analyzed. Results:There were no significant differences in morphology,calcification,posterior echo enhancement and internal echo uniformity among different types of breast lobe tumors (P>0.05),but there were significant differences in marginal integrity and cystic echo region (P<0.05). There was significant difference in blood flow signal grade among different types of breast lobe tumors (P<0.05). Among the results of color Doppler ultrasonography,20 cases (37.04％) were diagnosed as breast lobe tumor,and the remaining 34 cases (62.96％) were misdiagnosed as breast fibroadenoma. Among them,1 cases (1.85％) were diagnosed as malignant tumors;6 cases (11.11％) were diagnosed as borderline tumors;13 cases (24.07％) were diagnosed as benign tumors,and the accuracy of classification was 100.00％. Conclusion:In the process of diagnosis of breast lobe tumor,color Doppler ultrasound has a good performance,and physicians can intuitively understand the tumor boundary information,cystic echo information,blood flow information,etc.,so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast lobe tumor,and strengthen the research and application in practice.
