Application Value of Perineal Pelvic Floor Ultrasound Diagnosis in the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Postpartum Bladder Protrusion Patients
Objective:To analyze the application value of perineal pelvic floor ultrasound diagnosis in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of postpartum bladder protrusion patients. Methods:260 postpartum bladder protrusion patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects; All patients underwent transvaginal pelvic floor ultrasound diagnosis, and the pelvic floor ultrasound parameters of primiparous and multiparous women in the Valsalva state during vaginal delivery and cesarean section were analyzed. Results:For primiparous and multiparous women, the bladder neck mobility, levator ani hiatus area, bladder urethral rotation angle, and urethral posterior angle in Valsalva state were higher than those in cesarean section women, and there was statistical significance between the groups (P<0.05);Perineal pelvic floor ultrasound can clearly display changes in the bladder, urethra, and pelvic floor organs, and accurately diagnose bladder protrusion and its degree by measuring multiple indicators. Conclusion:The occurrence of postpartum bladder protrusion in women of childbearing age is significantly influenced by the mode of delivery. Through pelvic floor ultrasound examination, clinical doctors can obtain key information for early diagnosis of postpartum bladder protrusion. This method can also effectively dynamically track and monitor the occurrence process of female bladder protrusion.
