Application Effect of QRS Time-History Ratio Combined with Real-Time Three-Dimensional Echocardiography in Patients with Heart Failure
Objective:To analyze the application value of QRS time-history ratio combined with real-time three-dimensional echocardiography. Methods:50 patients with heart failure from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 50 healthy subjects in the same period of time were selected as the control group. ECG and echocardiography were performed in both groups, and the differences of ECG and echocardiography indexes were compared between the two groups. The ECG indexes of patients with different cardiac function grades in observation group were compared. Finally,Pearson correlation method was used to analyze the correlation between ECG QRS time history ratio, left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end-diastolic volume, left ventricular end-systolic volume and cardiac function grade in patients with heart failure. Results:① The ECG and echocardiogram indexes in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.05);② The ECG index of patients with cardiac function grade Ⅳ was significantly different from those with cardiac function grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅱ (P<0.05);③ Pearson correlation analysis showed that ECG QRS time-history ratio and left ventricular ejection fraction were negatively correlated with cardiac function grade (P<0.05),while left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular end-systolic volume were positively correlated with cardiac function grade (P<0.05). Conclusion:ECG QRS time-history ratio combined with real-time three-dimensional echocardiography has high application value, can effectively evaluate the condition of patients with heart failure.
