Sensitivity Analysis of Atypical Chest Pain Caused by Angina Using Electrocardiogram Combined with Chest Pain Pentagram and Cardiac Color Ultrasound for Diagnosis
Objective:To study and analyze the diagnostic sensitivity analysis of atypical chest pain caused by angina using chest pain five items combined with electrocardiogram and echocardiography. Methods:76 patients with atypical chest pain and coronary angiography who were treated in our hospital from April 2023 to May 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups. The control group received five items of chest pain combined with electrocardiogram, and the observation group received five items of chest pain combined with electrocardiogram and heart color ultrasound, and the clinical diagnosis results of the two groups were compared. Results:Myo,cTnI and CK-MB were all in the normal range. There was no significant difference between the two groups and the gold standard (P>0.05),and the accuracy and sensitivity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of atypical chest pain in angina pectoris, the application of five chest pain combined with electrocardiogram and heart color ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
