Safety Problems and Countermeasures in the Management of Foreign Orthopedic Instruments
Objective:To summarize the related safety problems in the management of foreign orthopedic instruments and put forward countermeasures. Methods:In this research activity,the specific composition of the reference objects was:In terms of extraction time,it spans from January 2023 to February 2024. After a comprehensive analysis of the safety problems in the management stage of the above devices,clinical staff need to actively consult relevant literature,and then intervene from the aspects of personnel,device management and system improvement to formulate effective management countermeasures. To ensure the smooth development of all work in the hospital and ensure the health of patients. Results:56 patients admitted to the department of orthopedics were observed,and the safety problems were analyzed. In terms of specific manifestations,infection,operation failure and operation delay were the main ones,and the calculated incidence was 14.29％;Among the 24 orthopaedic staff,the satisfaction rate for the current clinical management mode was 75.00％ (18/24). Conclusion:Infection,operation failure and operation delay are common safety problems in patients admitted to the department of orthopedics. It is necessary to comprehensively analyze the root causes of the above phenomena in clinical practice,and to intervene from the aspects of strengthening training,personnel management and system improvement,so as to carry out various work in the department smoothly and better protect the life safety of patients admitted to the department of orthopedics.
