Clinical observation of percutaneous coronary intervention for 11 unprotected left main coronary artery
Objective Evaluate safty and efficiency of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) for unprotected left main coronary artery stenosis. Mehtod We restrospected the clinical data, curative effect and follow-up results of 11 patients with unprotected left main coronary artery to percutaneous coronary intervention during april 2008 to october 2011 in our hospital. Result All patients had successfully been oprated, after procedure, patient's chest pain reliefed, TVR rate 0%, acute myodiac infarction rate 0%, death rate 0%. Conclusion PCI for selected patients with unprotected left main artery stenosis is safety and effective.
