Changes of radom spot albumlnuria to creatinine ratio in gestational hypertension
Objective To investigate the change of radom spot albumlnuria to creatinine ratio in gestational hypertension. Methods Radom spot albumlnuria、creatinine and 24h urine protein excretion were examined in 100 normal late-pregnancy women and 199 patients with gestational hypertensive. Results There Was a strong difference of radom spot albumlnuria to creatinine ratio between normal late-pregnancy women and patients with gestational hypertensive; There Was a strong difference of radom spot albumlnuria to creatinine ratio between in mild and severe preeclampsia. These differences wore statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Radom spot albumlnuria to creatinine ratio may be a simple, convenient and accurate indicator of examining progression of gestational hypertensive. Radom spot albumlnuria to creatinine ratio may be used a replacement for 24h urine protein excretion in assessment of gestational hypertension.
