坦度螺酮治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的疗效及其对患者生活质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨坦度螺酮治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的疗效及其对患者生活质量的影响.方法采用自身对照研究设计，将52例符合国际疾病分类第10版诊断标准的广泛性焦虑障碍患者作为研究对象.单一使用坦度螺酮治疗，治疗期为8周.于治疗前及治疗后第1、4、8周末使用汉密顿焦虑量表评定患者的焦虑症状，于治疗前及治疗后使用生活质量综合评定问卷评定患者的生活质量.结果治疗8周后，患者汉密顿焦虑量表评分低于治疗前(P <0.05)；生活质量综合评定问卷评分高于治疗前(P <0.05).结论坦度螺酮治疗广泛性焦虑障碍有明显疗效，且能有效改善患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect and influence on quality of life in treatment of generalized anxiety disorder with Tandospirone. Methods This study adopted self-control study design. 52 patients of generalized anxiety disorder who accorded with the diagnostic criteria of the 10th Edition of International Classification of Disease(ICD-10) were regarded as research object. Patients accepted the treatment only by Tandospirone for 8 weeks. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) was used to evaluate the symptom of the patients before and after 1, 4 and 8 weeks of the treatment. The Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74) was used to evaluate the quality of life of the patients before and after the treatment. Results After 8 weeks treatment, scores in HAMA of the patients was lower(P <0.05);the all dimension scores in GQOLI-74 of the patients were higher than before the treatment(P <0.05). Conclusion Tandospirone was effective in treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Tandospirone improved the quality of life of the patients effectively.
