摘要
目的探讨胃间质瘤的CT诊断价值.方法回顾性分析经病理免疫组化证实的20例胃间质瘤的CT表现.结果肿瘤呈类圆形或不规则形,向胃腔内、外或同时向腔内外生长,瘤内密度均匀或呈混杂密度,增强扫描肿瘤多数延迟强化,邻近胃壁正常.20例胃间质瘤中,恶性9例,潜在恶性5例,良性6例；肿块最大径>5cm,形态不规则,边界不清,密度不均匀,向腔内外生长,浸润周围组织多见于恶性间质瘤.结论 CT对胃间质瘤的定位及良恶性判断有重要价值.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of CT in diagnosing gastric stromal tumors. Methods CT findings of 20 cases confirmed with gastric stromal tumor by immunohistochemical markers were retrospectively analyzed. Results CT Plain scanning showed the gastric stromal tumors whose shapes were circular or irregular, grew inside cavity, outside cavity or inside and outside the cavity at the same time, homogeneous density or heterogeneous density. Enhanced scanning showed most lesions had obvious delayed enhancement, Adjacent gastric wall of the tumors was normal. In 20 gastric stromal tumors which include 9 malignant tumors and 5 potential-malignant tumors and 6 benign tumors, It should be considered malignant when the tumors are greater than 5cm, irregular shape, Cystic change or crosis,indistinct boundary, way of growth inside and outside the cavity, assaulting the surrounding tissue. Conclusion CT examination play an important role in the diagnosis of location and the benign and malignancy judgment of gastric stromal tumor.
