The management of cleaning staff in operating room
Objective To discuss the management methods of cleaning staff in operating room, to improve the quality of their work and effectively prevent hospital infection caused by environment factors. Method As to the features of the cleaning staff and the operating room, formulate many rules and regulations about cleaning work, strengthen the theory and skills training for cleaning staff and implement quality evaluate and reward system. Result Through implementing a comprehensive scientific training and management of the operating room staff, the quality of their work was improved, and their enthusiasm was stimulated. Conclusion Use scientific methods to train and manage the operating room cleaning staff can improve their quality of cleaning work and prevent hospital inspection caused by environment factors.
