摘要
目的探讨改良B-Lynch缝合术在子宫收缩乏力产后出血中的止血作用。方法对89例子宫收缩乏力性产后出血者采用改良B-Lynch缝合，观察止血效果。结果89例子宫收缩乏力性产后出血患者，经按摩压迫子宫、药物等治疗无效，采用改良B-Lynch缝合术，止血成功。结论改良B-Lynch缝合术简单、安全、有效，是子宫收缩乏力性产后出血常规止血法无效后首选的外科止血方法。
Abstract
Objective To explore the improved B-Lynch suture technique in uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage of the hemostatic effect. Methods 89 cases of uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage is modified B-Lynch suture, observe the hemostatic effect. Results 89 cases of uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage patients, the massage oppression uterus, drug treatment such as invalid, the improved B-Lynch suture technique, the hemostatic success. Conclusion Improved B-Lynch suture technique is simple, safe, effective and is uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage after the routine hemostatic method invalid preferred surgical hemostasis methods.
