摘要
目的探讨米索前列醇在疤痕子宫无痛人流术中的应用效果.方法将我院2011年9月-2012年9月疤痕子宫流产患者32例随机分为两组各16例，对照组行常规无痛流产，不加药；观察组放置米索前列醇于阴道后穹隆行无痛流产术，并对两组进行效果观察和统计分析.结果观察组宫颈松弛软化程度、手术时间、出血量与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论放置米索前列醇于阴道后穹隆行无痛流产术，能有效扩张宫颈，缩短手术时间，预防子宫穿孔，减少出血量，可提高疤痕子宫无痛人流术的安全性，值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate misoprostol in scar uterus painless abortions technique application effect. Methods Choose from September 2011 to September 2012 uterine scar abortion were 32 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the control group(n=16), and do conventional painless abortion, do not add medicine;The observation group(n=16), placed misoprostol in vagina dome do painless abortion operation, and the two groups effect observation and statistical analysis. Results The observation group cervical relaxation softening degree, operation time, amount of bleeding compared with controls(P <0.05). Conclusion Placed misoprostol in vagina dome do painless abortion operation, can effectively expansion cervical, shorten operation time, prevent uterine perforation, amount of bleeding decreases, can improve the scar uterus painless abortions operation safety, it is worth clinical promotion.
