超声弹性成像在乳腺癌的早期诊断和预防价值

目的探究超声弹性成像检查在乳腺癌早期筛查及对其病变程度判断的应用价值.方法将2011年1月-2012年8月间来我院就诊的乳腺病变患者132例随机分成A、B两组,分别进行常规超声和超声弹性成像检查后根据评分诊断病变程度,所有患者均进行病理检验证实,比较得出常规超声检查和超声弹性成像检查结果的灵敏度、特异性及准确性.结果 A组的灵敏度、特异性和准确性分别为73.53%、80.36%、72.73%,B组分别为84.21%、90.91%、81.82%,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论超声弹性成像的灵敏度、特异性和准确性均高于常规超声诊断,在帮助恶性病筛查方面有重要价值.
The Value of Ultrasound Elasticity Imaging in Breast Cancer Early Diagnosis and prevention
Objectives To explore The Value of Ultrasound Elasticity Imaging in Breast Cancer Early Diagnosis and prevention. Methods 132 patients with breast diseases, were randomly divided into A and B group, respectively in routine ultrasound and ultrasound elasticity imaging examination according to the score for the diagnosis of disease. Results The patients in the A group sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 73.53%, 80.36%, 72.73%, B group of patients with the corresponding percentage were 84.21%, 90.91%、81. 82%. Two groups of breast lesions in benign or malignant aspects of diagnosis had significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound elasticity imaging accuracy is higher than that of conventional ultrasound diagnosis in malignant disease screening, help provide important information.
