The Value of Ultrasound Elasticity Imaging in Breast Cancer Early Diagnosis and prevention
Objectives To explore The Value of Ultrasound Elasticity Imaging in Breast Cancer Early Diagnosis and prevention. Methods 132 patients with breast diseases, were randomly divided into A and B group, respectively in routine ultrasound and ultrasound elasticity imaging examination according to the score for the diagnosis of disease. Results The patients in the A group sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 73.53%, 80.36%, 72.73%, B group of patients with the corresponding percentage were 84.21%, 90.91%、81. 82%. Two groups of breast lesions in benign or malignant aspects of diagnosis had significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound elasticity imaging accuracy is higher than that of conventional ultrasound diagnosis in malignant disease screening, help provide important information.
