个体化健康教育在改善癫痫患者负性情绪中的作用

目的探讨个体化健康教育对癫痫患者负性情绪的影响,指导护理人员对癫痫患者采取针对性的健康教育及心理护理.方法将64例癫痫患者随机分为实验组和对照组各32例,对照组采用常规健康教育,实验组对患者实施个体化健康教育,采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)分别于入院时和干预后第4周对两组进行评分.结果健康教育前焦虑、抑郁评分两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05),健康教育后焦虑、抑郁评分两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论对癫痫患者实施个体化健康教育,可改善患者负性情绪.
Impact of individualized health education on the negative emotion of patients with epilepsy
Objective To investigate the impact of individualized health education on the negative emotion of patients with epilepsy. Methods 64 cases with epilepsy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(32 cases for each group). The conventional health education was adopted in the control group and the individualized health education was applied to the experimental group, using Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), Self-rating depression scale(SDS) in both groups to make an assessment of the patients when they were admitted to hospital and in the 4th week. Results The comparison of the scores of anxiety and depression were not significantly different between the two groups before education(P >0.05); after health education, the differences were statistically significant in the comparison of the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion The individualized health education applied to the patients with epilepsy can relieve their negative emotion.
