Ang-2, the relationship between VEGF and angiogenesis and the significance of expression in ovarian endometriosis
Objective To investigate the Ang-2, the relationship between VEGF and angiogenesis and its expression in ovarian endometriosis(EMs). Methods Selected at between 2007.1-2011.12 collection of ovarian endometriosis patients with surgical specimens and inner organization 60 cases as the research object, at the same time selected 20 cases of normal endometrium tissues as the control group, using immunohistochemical two footwork combination testing Ang-2, the expression of VEGF. Results Ang-2 in the Ems optical density value is significantly higher than lining group and control group(P<0.05). VEGF in Ems optical density value is significantly lower than lining group and control group(P<0.05). Ectopic foci organization microvascular density(MVD) lining is significantly higher than group and control group(P<0.05). Ang-2 and VEGF in Ems where positive correlation(P<0.05). Ang-2 and MVD in Ems where positive correlation(P<0.05). VEGF and MVD in positive correlation(P<0.05). Conclusion Ang-2 and VEGF in the occurrence and development of EMs, and synergy.
