摘要
脓毒症是感染引起的全身炎症反应综合症，其发病率、死亡率都很高，目前仍是临床危重症患者死亡的主要原因之一。对脓毒症的早期诊断尤为重要，本文就Tol 样受体4及髓样细胞触发受体1在脓毒症诊断中的研究做一综述。
Abstract
Sepsis that caused by infection is systemic inflammatory response syndrome, its morbidity and mortality are very high, at present sepsis is still one of the main causes of death in patients who was critically ill. The early diagnosis of sepsis is particularly important, this paper will summarize for toll like receptor-4 and triggering receptors expressed on myeloid cells-1 which were used for diagnosising sepsis.
