The Analysis of the cardiac function changes around the employment of the alcohol septal ablation in hypertrophic & nbsp;cardiomyopathy
Objective To observe the changes of cardiac function around the employment of alcohol septal ablation in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Methods Select 48 hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients, we divided the patients into 2 groups received drug therapy and alcohol septal ablation respectively, then we observe the changes of cardiac function. Result In the group experiment, when use the alcohol septal ablation, the cardiac function improved obviously, level of Ⅱ+Ⅲ occupied 95.83%, it's higher than group control(83.33%)(P<0.05), LVEF in group experiment reduced more obviously than group control. Conclusion The effect of alcohol septal ablation is goo.
