脑心通降低高脂血症血脂水平临床观察

摘要
目的探讨步长脑心通胶囊降低高脂血症患者血脂水平的疗效观察.方法将2009年10月-2012年5月我院收治的60例经空腹血脂水平测定高脂血症病例随机分成脑心通治疗组及阿托伐他汀钙片对照组，观察两组疗效.结果和阿托伐他汀钙片组一样，脑心通胶囊能明显降低血脂水平(P<0.05).结论脑心通胶囊能明显降低高脂血症患者血脂水平，和阿托伐他汀钙片疗效相当.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the treatment effect of Naoxintong capsule lowers serum lipid levels of Hyperlipidemia patients. Methods 60 cases of Hyperlipidemia in our hospital from2008-2012 who were diagnosed through testing serum lipid levels were divided into Naoxintong capsule treatment group and Atorvastatin calcium tablet control group randomly, the treatment results were observed by us. Results Similarly as Atorvastatin calcium tablet group, Naoxintong capsule group lowered serum lipid levels and inflammatory makers levels remarkably(P<0.05). Conclusion Treatment with Naoxintong capsule was as effective as Atorvastatin calcium tablet group in lowering serum lipid level.
