Clinical observation Primacaine for endodontics treatment
Objective To observe the Primacaine anesthetic effect in the treatment of dental disease. Method 280 teeth of 162 cases of pulpitis patients were randomly divided into Primacaine group and lidocaine group.Respectively, using local anesthesia and anesthesia-line pulpectomy. After observation of the effects of anesthesia. Result Primacaine group anesthesia total efficiency of 89.2%. The lidocaine group has 75.0% efficiency. Group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For the pulpitis line pulpectomy Primacaine treatment, anesthesia rapid onset, good effect, low toxicity, is worthy of clinical application.
