摘要
医院科研管理部门如何充分发挥科研管理职能，加强科研管理，对调动科研人员的积极性及促进课题及科技成果奖项的成功申报具有重要意义。本文从管理者的角度并结合工作实际，浅述深入加强科研管理以促进课题及奖项成功申报的几点建议：与科研人员加强沟通并采取内外相结合的激励机制调动申报积极性；充分运用管理信息系统提高申报材料质量，利用信息技术为科研管理服务；提升科研管理人员自身的专业技能素质，把好申报审核关。
Abstract
It has very important significance in arousing the enthusiasm of researchers and promoting the success application of scientific and technological project and achievements that the managerial staffs of hospital scientific research management departments how to enhance scientific management. The article has given some suggestions: To arouse the enthusiasm of researchers by enhance communication with researchers and by using exterior and interior impulsing; To improve the quality of application materials by applying of management information system; To improve the quality of examination and verification by upgrading intrinsic qualifications of managerial staffs' specialized skill.
