摘要
血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)对血管生成、炎症、肿瘤等的发生及发展具有重要的作用，并且VEGF受低氧的严密调控，而胎盘生长因子(PIGF)是血管内皮生长因子的家族成员，目前对PIGF的研究尚少，本文就PIGF和低氧关系进行综述。
Abstract
VEGF plays an important role in angiogenesis, inflammation and development of cancer, which is regulated by hypoxia strictly. PIGF has been discovered as a number of VEGF family ,which is less reported recently , here give a survey between them as flowing.
