原发性肝癌中肝肠钙粘连蛋白的表达及意义

摘要
目的探讨肝肠钙粘连蛋白(LI-cadherin)在肝细胞肝癌中的表达水平及其临床意义.方法应用免疫组织化学链霉素亲生物素-过氧化酶标记法(S-P)检测LI-cadherin蛋白在62例肝癌组织、30例癌旁肝组织中的表达水平,并分析其与临床病理学特征之间的关系.结果肝癌组织中LI-cadherin蛋白阳性表达率为64.5%(40/62),在癌旁组织中其阳性表达率为26.7%(8/30),LI-cadherin蛋白的过表达与肝癌细胞的分化程度、癌栓的形成及淋巴结转移等临床病理因素有关(P <0.05).结论 LI-cadherin在肝癌细胞的发生、发展过程中起重要作用.LI-cadherin蛋白的过表达与肝癌细胞的门静脉癌栓、淋巴结转移有关,提示其在肝癌的增殖、侵袭和迁移中发挥重要的作用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the expression level and clinical significance of LI(liver-intestine)-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical staining S-P(streptavidin-peroxidase) method was used to detect the expression of the LI-cadherin in 62 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, 32 cases of corresponding paracancerous tissues. The relationships with its clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed. Results The positive rates of LI-cadherin protein were 64.5% (40/62) in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues, 26.7% (8/30) in paracancerous tissues. Conclusion The expression of LI-cadherin is up-regulated significantly in HCC. The over-expression of LI-cadherin protein is correlated with the lymph node metastasis and tumor thrombi in portal vein. It indicates that LI-cadherin may play an important role in the hyperplasia ,progression and metastasis of HCC.
