Correlation research of the level of GDM pregnancy glycemic control and pregnancy outcomes
Objective To study the correlation of the level of GDM pregnancy glycemic control and pregnancy outcomes. Methods GDM pregnant women admitted to our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the level of GDM pregnancy glycemic control, two groups of maternal, neonatal outcomes were compared, and the correlation was analyzed. Results In addition to cesarean outside, various complications of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05); The occurrence rate of neonatal asphyxia, hypoglycemia, polycythemia disease and hyperbilirubinemia of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05); The occurrence rate of the huge children of the observation group was significantly low control group(P <0.01). Conclusion The level of GDM pregnancy glycemic control is closely related to neonatal outcomes, good control of blood glucose levels can effectively reduce the risk of production, improve maternal and neonatal outcomes.
