Objective To explore children for infantile fastidium by bei feida capsule and zinc gluconate combined drug treatment effect. Methods 248 cases of children with infantile fastidium were randomly divided into treatment group and control group all 124 cases, two groups of children in a reasonable guide feed parallel correct partial pick food habits, the treatment group on the basis of the shell feida capsule and zinc gluconate joint treatment group, give children more than oral enzyme tablet for treatment. Results After treatment, the treatment group, the cure rate in efficiency and the total effective rate were significantly higher than those in the control group, between group compared with the significant difference(P <0.05); Patients in treatment group in weight, serum zinc concentration and subcutaneous fat thickness are all show significantly increased, comparing with control group differences with statistical significance(P <0.05); Two groups of children were not happen any obvious adverse reaction conditions. Conclusion Bei feida capsule and zinc gluconate combined treatment of infantile anorexia satisfied curative effect, it is worth clinical application.
