摘要
目的探讨同一实验室内不同血凝分析仪测定结果的可比性。方法以sysmexCA7000全自动血凝仪为参考仪器，参照EP9-A文件，三台仪器同时检测，将结果进行相关回归等分析，比较不同仪器进行统一校正前后的之间的偏差。结果 PT、APTT、FIB3项检测结果表明，三台仪器之间存在着一定差别，经过统一校正后，可以完全符合要求。结论同样的项目在不同仪器上进行检测时，要对结果进行比对。在一个实验室必须用同一标准进行校正，才能保证结果的准确性和统一性。
Abstract
Objective Discuss the same laboratory different blood coagulation analyzer to determine the comparability of the result. Methods To sysmexCA7000 automatic blood clots instrument for reference instrument, reference EP9-A file, three instrument testing at the same time, the results were correlated regression analysis, compare different instrument before and after correction unity between the deviation. Results PT, APTT, FIB3 item testing results show that three instrument there are certain differences between, through unified correction, can fully meet the requirements. Conclusion The same project in different instrument on the test, the results are comparison. In a laboratory must use the same standards for correction, to ensure the accuracy of the results and unity.
