Clinical Value of homocysteine in diagnosis of liver diseases
Objective To study the clinical value of Homocysteine in the diagnosis of liver diseases. Methods March 2009 -2011 in September into the hospital for treatment of liver disease in patients with 180 cases, divided into group A (control group, according to the specific sub-type of the patients with liver disease contrast group), group B1(liver cancer group), B2(hepatic cirrhosis group), B3(big three positive group), B4(small three positive group), 45 cases in each group, homocysteine levels were measured in five groups of objects, and compare the measurement results. Results Homocysteine levels in All liver disease of group B was higher than the contrast group, The difference between the Each group and the contrast group had statistically significant meaning in liver diseases detection data. Conclusion The diagnosis of homocysteine levels are closely linked with liver disease,and to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of liver disease with high clinical value.
