Objective To evaluate the value of multislice spiral CT angiography(MSCTA) in the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis and provide the basis for the selection of clinical treatment decisions. Methods Renal artery CTA reconstruction images of 31 patients from Shanxi Cardiovascular Hospital were analyzed, all patients had varying degrees of hypertension, and the prognosis were followed-up. Results There were 10 patients with renal artery stenosis, including 4 cases with both sides severe stenosis of the initial segment, 3 cases with the left renal artery stenosis, and 3 cases with the right renal artery stenosis. Followed-up results: 6 cases of stenting in 10 patients, Resistant hypertension have improved postoperative. Conclusion The renal artery CTA can find the varying degrees of renal artery stenosis and guide the clinical treatment.
