Effect of methyl carboprost suppository in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean sectionclinical research
Objective To investigate the carboprost suppository in preventing postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section with. Methods From 2010 June to 2012 September in Wulian People's Hospital and randomly selected 120 cases cesarean section, were randomly divided into carboprost + oxytocin and oxytocin group, 60 cases in each. The observation group after delivery of fetus given oxytocin 10u palace wall injection, while the line of carboprost suppository in 1.0mg sublingual; the control group was given oxytocin 10u palace wall injection, intravenous drip of oxytocin 20u. To observe two groups of intraoperative, postoperative uterine contraction degree difference and intraoperative, postoperative bleeding volume difference, whether need to stop the other operation intervention of postpartum hemorrhage. Results Cesarean postpartum uterine contraction level and amount of bleeding in two groups are significantly different(P <0.05). In whether to need operation intervention hemostasis has significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion Carprost suppository combined with oxytocin can effectively promote the contraction of the uterus, postpartum hemorrhage, and to reduce intraoperative hemostasis operation intervention intervention rate.
