摘要
目的了解临床型护理硕士研究生临床实践现状，为临床型护理研究生教学改革提供依据和参考。方法自行设计调查问卷，对来自8省8所高等院校的临床型护理硕士研究生的临床实践情况进行调查。结果重要科室中，只有44%的护生全部实习。有7个院校的临床实践指导老师只有护士，没有医生及其他专业的卫生人员。护生表示实践考核方式单一、过于死板。结论临床型护理硕士研究生临床实践不系统、不统一，须建立科学统一的临床实践模式，以利于护生临床能力的提高。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of clinical practice among clinical nursing postgraduate students in order to provide the basis and reference for clinical nursing master degree postgraduate educational reform. Methods Using the self-designed questionnaire to investigate the clinical practice among clinical nursing postgraduates from 8 universities. Results The clinical practice instructors of 7 universities are merely nurses but no doctors or health professionals. The postgraduates consider that the examination of practice is too rigid. Conclusion The clinical practice of the clinical nursing postgraduates is not systemic and unified. Their scientific and unified pattern should be established so as to improve the postgraduates' clinical abilities.
