The Cross-sectional Investigation of Clinical Practice among Clinical Nursing Postgraduate Students
Objective To investigate the current status of clinical practice among clinical nursing postgraduate students in order to provide the basis and reference for clinical nursing master degree postgraduate educational reform. Methods Using the self-designed questionnaire to investigate the clinical practice among clinical nursing postgraduates from 8 universities. Results The clinical practice instructors of 7 universities are merely nurses but no doctors or health professionals. The postgraduates consider that the examination of practice is too rigid. Conclusion The clinical practice of the clinical nursing postgraduates is not systemic and unified. Their scientific and unified pattern should be established so as to improve the postgraduates' clinical abilities.
