Establishment of Inflammatory Pseudotumor of Liver modified model in rabbits with fatty liver and normal liver showed on ultrasound imaging
Objective To establish a model carrying IPL in rabbits serving for clinical study and to analyse its ultrasound features. Methods Establishment of rabbit models of fatty liver: High fat diet+5% alcohol for 4 weeks;Establishment of rabbit models of IPL: Freund's complete adjuvant was injected with modified methods into the desirable portion of the liver in rabbits. In 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks after the injection, all animals were examined on ultrasound and the images were analyzed. Then, the lesions were harvested for future pathological examination. Results ⑴The incidence rate of IPL was 100%.⑵Ultrasound and Pathology: ①Fatty liver diet for 4 weeks, liver echo is delicate enhancement, hepatic cells are fatty change in different degrees in pathology; ②Molding after 1and 2 weeks, liver echo is enhancement and thickening around the lesions. Necrotic area have gelatin sponge unabsorbed. ③Molding after 3weeks, liver echo is well-distributed around the lesions. Necrotic area don't have gelatin sponge, and pathology is close to clinical. Conclusions By dynamically observing the formation process of IPL rabbit model of fatty liver and normal liver. Fand the best time for IPLmodel is 3 weeks, It's better for inquire into formation mechanism of IPL. And imaging studies of the IPL in different hepatic background.
