超微粉碎技术对麻黄中麻黄碱在小鼠肾脏分布的影响

目的研究超微粉碎技术对麻黄主要成分麻黄碱在小鼠肾脏内分布的影响。方法小鼠以相同的灌胃剂量给予常规与超微两种不同粒径的麻黄粉末后,在规定的时间摘取肾脏,匀浆提取后用高效液相法测定其中麻黄碱的浓度。结果麻黄超微给药组麻黄碱在小鼠肾脏内的分布速度快于常规组。结论超微粉碎技术可加快麻黄药物在小鼠肾脏的分布。
The influence of ultra-fine pulverization technology on concentration of ephedrine in the kidney of mice
Objective To study the influence of ultra-fine pulverization technology on concentration of ephedrine in the kidney of mice. Methods The mice were divided into two groups, one was supplied with ephedra traditional powder and the other was administrated with ultra-micro powder. The distribution of Ephedrine in mice kidney was analysed by HPLC method. Results The distribution of ultra-micro powder group is faster than traditional powder group. Conclusion The ultra-fine pulverization technology can increase the distribution of Ephedrine in mice kidney.
