Laparoscopic Herniorrhaphy with Non-stapling:Experience of 145 cases
Objective To investigate the operation effect and complications prevention of Laparoscopic Herniorrhaphy with Non-stapling. Methods Retrospective analysis the Clinical, data of 145 patients with in guinal hernia including TAPP group(n=63) and TEP group(n=82). All the procedures were performed by the same surgical team, and the selection of the technique employed was decided by the surgeons. The follow-up period ranged from 1 to 24 months(median 15 months). The operation effect and complication rates were compared between the two groups. Results Patients divided into two groups according to the operation. The clinical data of two groups of patients were comparable(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in Postoperative hospitalization days and Postoperative complications(P>0.05). But the recurrent hernia surgery success rate of TAPP group is obviously higher than that of the TEP(P<0.05). And The anal exhaust time of TEP group was shorter than that of TAPP(P<0.05). TEP operation time and the amount of bleeding were less than TAPP(P<0.05). Conclusion TAPP and TEP are both safe and efficient techniques for repairing inguinal hernia. And TAPP with TEP each have advantages. The operation time and amount of bleeding differences are related with the learning curve.
