手术和药物治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨手术和药物治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床意义和治疗效果.方法回顾分析我院2012年112例子宫内膜异位症患者进行手术和(或)药物治疗的效果，并从治疗时间、治疗后复发和治疗后妊娠情况等方法进行对比分析.结果手术+药物治疗子宫内膜异位症可缩短治疗时间，降低治疗后复发率，提高妊娠成功率，与单纯应用手术或药物组相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论手术+药物方法在临床治疗子宫内膜异位症能取得较好的治疗效果，值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical significance and effect of operated and/or medical treatment on endometriosis.Methods 112 cases of endometriosis treated by medicine and/or operation of our hospital were analyzed from the aspects of the treatment time, recurrence rate, and pregnancy rate in 2012. Results The combination treatment of operation and medicine could reduce the treatment time and recurrence rate, increase the pregnancy rate. There were statistical differences in these three groups(P<0.05). Condusion The combination treatment of operation and medicine on endometriosis could get better clinical treatment effect and be worth promoting.
