Application of 256-slice CT venography in lower extremity venous disease
Objective To observe the applicatio n value of 256-slice CT venography in lower extremity venous disease. Methods 29 patients with suspected lower limb patients underwent 256-slice CTV with double acrotarsium venipuncture, and contrast was diluted. Based on the original image, use multi-mode imaging analysis in workstations. All patientss are underwent ultrasound, and DSA of 9 cases. Results Deep and superficial veins of lower extremities of all patients show good, CTV detected simple varicose of lower extremity in 18patients, 5 cases of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, congenital arteriovenous fistula in 3 cases of lower extremity, of which 1 combined with phlebangioma, 1 case of lower limb venous malformations-bone hyperostosis syndrome, 2 cases of outside the cavity pressure, 1 cases of lymph nodes, 1 case of cyst. Conclusions 256-slice CT lower extremity venous angiography combined with muti-mode imaging analysis, it can display the location, scope and extent of lower extremity venous disease, establishment of collateral circulation、venous malformations, it can display the vascular lesions caused by external causes, choose the right treatment for clinical method provides objective evidence of reliable, with high clinical value.
