摘要
目的探讨巡视记录在住院精神病患者安全管理的应用效果.方法将2011年4月-2012年3月新的巡视记录，与2010年4月-2011年3月旧的巡视记录作对照，比较两种不同记录住院患者意外事件的发生率，患者对护理服务的满意度.结果新巡视记录有效增强了护士安全意识和责任心，住院患者意外事件的发生率从9.8%下降到4.1%，患者对护理服务的满意度从81%上升到90%，差异有统计学意义.结论实施新巡视记录能有效减少患者意外事件的发生，保障患者的安全，减少护理不良事件的发生，提高患者的满意度，提高护理质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of the Visits recorded in the safety management of psychiatric inpatients. Methods Compared the new inspecting records from April 2011 to March 2012 with the old inspecting l records from April 2010 to March 2011, Compared the incidence of accidents t of the hospitalized patients, the satisfaction of the patients for nursing services in the two different records. Results The new inspecting records effectively enhance nurse safety awareness and responsibility, and the incidence of accidents of the hospitalized patients has decreased from 9.8% to 4.1%, the patients satisfaction with care services increased from 81% to 90%, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of the new inspecting records can effectively reduce the occurrence of accidents in patients, protect patient safety, reduce the adverse events of care, improve patient satisfaction, improved the nursing quality.
