Objective To explore the effect of total glucosides of glycoside on systemic lupus erythematosus therapeutic effects and adverse reactions. Methods 41 cases of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups of patients were given corticosteroid and cyclophosphamide treatment, the observation group based on this combined with total glucosides of peony, observe two groups of patients with mean daily dosage of corticosteroid and cyclophosphamide, total volume, SLEDAL score, urinary protein, recurrence the number of cases and cases of adverse reactions, comparative analysis of the clinical therapeutic effect. Results The two groups of patients on corticosteroid dosage of cyclophosphamide, average, total score of SLEDAL, cases of relapse and the incidence of adverse reaction, compared with the difference, P <0.05.The two groups showed no significant difference of urine protein, P >0.05. Conclusion The total glucosides of peony in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus curative effect, which can effectively reduce the patients with corticosteroid and cyclophosphamide dosage, reduce the infection, long-term use can improve clinical symptoms, improve quality of life.
