Clinical analysis of ENBD treatment of bile leakage after laparoscopic surgery
Objective In order to evaluate the effect of endoscopic nasobilliary duct drainage in the patients of postoperative bile fistulas. Methods 22 patients of bile fistulas after laparoscopic cholecystectomy were dvided into two groups. The treatment group were treated by endoscopic nasobilliary duct drainage while the control group were treated by open operation. Results The ENBD treatment group in the postoperative exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay were significantly reduced, 83% patients temperature dropped to normal, abdominal pain and other clinical symptoms disappeared in 3 days after operation. Conclusion As a minimally invasive way, endoscopic nasobiliary drainage which can reduce abdominal infection, promote early recovery of patients, is the preferred method of treatment of bile leakage after laparoscopic surgery.
