Treatment of Interochanteric Fractures of Femur by using Minimally invasive dynamic hip screw blade system
Objective To investigate the clinical results of minimally invasive dynamic hip screw blade system in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 26 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated with minimally invasive dynamic hip screw blade system fromSeptember 2008 to June 2012.According to AO classification there were type A1 18 cases, type A2 7 cases, type A3 1 cases. Results 26cases were followed up for 5 to12months(average 11 months), all patients obtained bone union, none uneffective of internal fixation. No fixation failur and varus happen. According to the Clawson,s criteria, the results were excellent in 21 cases, good in 4 cases, fair in 1 case. No difference cases. Conclusion Treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with minimally invasive dynamic hip screw blade system is an effective method.
