Objective Analysis of ambrocol oral solution for the clinical curative effect of the treatment of children with asthmatic diseases. Methods 2011 January to 2012 December were collected during children with asthmatic disease in our hospital, 80 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group 40 cases were given ambrocol oral liquid for treatment, the control group of 40 cases of pediatric cough treatment, the efficacy was observed in two groups. Results The observation group the total effective rate was 97.5%, significantly higher than that of the control group 87.5%(P <0.05); the symptoms disappear time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group and the observation group, no adverse reaction was found in control group, the adverse reaction rate was 7.5%, the difference between the two groups was significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Conclusion ambrocol oral solution for the treatment of children with asthmatic disease curative effect is remarkable, safe and reliable, less adverse reactions, it is worthy of popularization and application.
