Objective To observe the differences in the clinical effects of the treatment of patients with gastric cancer surgery and laparoscopic-assisted laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis of the February 2009-November 2012, treated 102 patients with gastric cancer, 42 patients were taken completely laparoscopic surgery, as the experimental group; the other 60 patients, laparoscopic-assisted surgery as observation group, observing the statistics two groups of patients with postoperative hospitalization, surgery, intestinal recovery time and surgery-related mortality differences. Results The patients had no surgery-related deaths number of cases; postoperative hospital stay of the patients in the experimental group, the operative time, intestinal recovery time than those in the observation group, there are obvious advantages, P <0.05. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery with laparoscopic-assisted surgical treatment of patients with gastric cancer have an ideal clinical efficacy, but more minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, more conducive to the early rehabilitation of patients.
