23家实验室临床生化室间质评与现场检测结果分析

摘要
目的了解实验室临床生化真实的检测水平，调查室间质评成绩的真实性，用现场检测的形式比较与室间质评结果的差异.方法在2012年第一次室间质评活动结束后，对郴州地区23家二级和三级医院进行现场检测，发放5个批号的双盲标本，要求当场回报结果，比较室间质评和现场检测结果的差异.结果现场检测的PT成绩低于室间质评成绩(P <0.05).20个检测项目各批号现场检测与室间质评原始数据大多存在统计学意义.结论部分实验室未正确对待室间质评活动，单次室间质评结果不能反映实验室真实水平.
Abstract
objective To understand the real level of detection of clinical biochemistry laboratory and to investigation the authenticity of EQA scores,compared with EQA By site testing. Methods After the end of the first EQA in 2012, Site testing to 23 secondary and tertiary hospital of the Chenzhou area. Providing 5 Double blind sample. Requirements return results on the spot. To compare the difference between EQA and site testing. Results The results of site testing lower than EQA results(P <0.05). There were statistical significance in most of the raw data between site testing and EQA in 20 detection project. Conclusion Part of the labs are not correctly treat EQA, A single EQA scores can not reflect the real level of the laboratory.
