objective To understand the real level of detection of clinical biochemistry laboratory and to investigation the authenticity of EQA scores,compared with EQA By site testing. To compare the difference between EQA and site testing. Results The results of site testing lower than EQA results(P <0.05). There were statistical significance in most of the raw data between site testing and EQA in 20 detection project. Conclusion Part of the labs are not correctly treat EQA, A single EQA scores can not reflect the real level of the laboratory.
