Study on the value of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging in evaluating the curative effect of malignant tumor
Objective To investigate the value of diffusion-weighted imaging in evaluating the curative effect of malignant tumor. Methods 35 cases of the patients were malignant tumors, prior to beginning treatment, 1 months after treatment were performed MR plain scan, enhanced and diffusion weighted imaging, measured before treatment, at different time points after the maximal tumor diameter and ADC value, analysis of the dynamic change trend of different time points of maximum tumor diameter and tumor ADC the effect of group therapy, carries on the discussion to the diffusion-weighted imaging in malignant tumor curative effect evaluation. Results PR group before treatment, 1 months after treatment the ADC values were (0.93±0.09)×10-3mm2/s, (1.21±0.17)×10-3mm2/s, SD groups before treatment, 1 months after treatment the ADC values were (0.93±0.0)×10-3mm2/s, (1.15±0.17)×10-3mm2/s. Conclusion Diffusion-weighted imaging for early evaluation of curative effect of malignant tumor.
