Analysis of diagnosis for non-calcification of breast cancer by mammography
Objective To summarize and analyze the mammographic features in non-calcification of breast cancer. Methods 32 cases with breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively, which confirmed by operation and pathology but without calcification under mammography. Results Of all the 32 cases with non-calcification of breast cancer, 25 cases revealed masses(78.13%), 3 cases were with focal opacity(9.38%), 4 cases with disturbance of local glandular structures(12.50%). Postoperative pathology showed that 26 cases were with infiltrating ductal carcinoma(81.25%), 3 cases with invasive lobular carcinoma(9.38%), 1 case with medullary carcinoma(3.13%), 1 case with mucinous adenocarcinoma(3.13%) and 1 case with inflammatory breast cancer(3.13%). Conclusion Mammography is significantly valuable to the diagnosis of non-calcification of breast cancer.
