摘要
目的探讨ISO9001质量管理体系在精神科病房护理质量管理中的实施和作用。方法回顾潍坊市精神卫生中心某精神科病房ISO9001质量管理体系的建立和运行过程，对其2005年与2012年工作质量指标和工作数量指标完成情况进行对比，以评价ISO9001质量管理体系建立并健康运行6年后，精神科病房护理质量管理方面发生的变化。结果通过建立ISO9001质量管理体系，并持续改进，各项评价指标均有提高，护理质量明显改善。结论 ISO9001质量管理体系是科学、规范、系统、有效的管理手段和工具，对于精神科病房质量管理具有重要作用，成效显著。
Abstract
Objective To study the implementation and effect of ISO9001 quality management system in the nursing quality management of psychiatric wards. Methods To review the establishment and processing of ISO9001 system in a psychiatric ward in Weifang Mental Health Center, and make a comparative study on the work quality indexes as well as work quantity indexes between 2005 and 2012, so that we can find out the changes on the nursing quality management of psychiatric ward after 6 years' application of ISO9001 quality management system. Results Through the introduction and continuous improvement of ISO9001 system, we find out that each evaluation index gets higher, and the nursing quality also improved greatly. Conclusion As a world-acknowledged, scientific, formal, and efficient management method and tool, ISO9001 quality management system plays a significant role in assuring the nursing quality management of psychiatric wards.
