Methods In 2012 of December randomly selected local area 21 primary health centers in disinfection supply room management standards for investigation, investigation content includes organization, layout and environment, equipment, personnel, process of aseptic package management and monitoring of disinfection and sterilization, existing problems were analyzed, and countermeasures. Results Through the organization of management, layout environment, facilities, equipment processing flow, personnel management from four aspects of the survey, the compliance rate of less than 30%;especially the personnel training and protection measures of no 1 basic hospital standards, its results are representative of(P <0.05). Conclusion Primary hospital disinfection supply situation worse, strengthening management of disinfection and supply room is crunch time. Through increasing investment, the leader takes seriously, strengthen personnel training, strengthening supervision and many other measures, improve the grass-roots hospital disinfection supply room management level, to ensure patient safety.
