摘要
三氧化二砷是中药砒霜的主要成分，它被作为药物使用已经有2000多年的历史，最初的应用是治疗梅毒、肺结核等；从20世纪70年代在治疗复发性和难治性急性早幼粒细胞性白血病(APL)中取得较好疗效后，其药用价值开始受到了人们的关注，本世纪初，美国的FDA 批准三氧化二砷用于治疗APL、多发性骨髓瘤(MM)、骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)。自此国内外掀起了研究三氧化二砷的抗肿瘤作用及其机制的热潮，并进行了大量实验，本文就其在抗肿瘤方面的研究进展作一综述。
Abstract

From the nineteen seventies in the treatment of refractory and relapsed acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL) has good effect, Arsenic's medicinal value began to receive people's attention, At the beginning of this century, U.S. Food and Drug Administration allowed arsenic trioxide to acute promyelocytic leukemia, multiple myeloma and myelodysplastic syndrome.From then on, there was a stirring of interest in antitumor effection and mechanism of arsenic trioxid in domestic and foreign. And a number of experiments has been conducted arounding it.In this paper, the research progress in anti-tumor were reviewed.
