复方甘草酸苷联合抗痨药物治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察口服复方甘草酸苷片剂和胸腔内注射复方甘草酸苷针剂联合抗痨药物治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效。方法结核性胸膜炎80例采用口服复方甘草酸苷片剂和胸腔内注射复方甘草酸苷针剂联合抗痨药物治疗，对照组80例采用强的松片剂联合抗痨药物治疗。结果结核性胸膜炎治疗组的胸腔积液吸收率，显著高于对照组；而肝功能异常发生率明显低于对照组。结论复方甘草酸苷联合抗痨药治疗结核性胸膜炎疗效显著，且副作用小。
Abstract
Objective Observe curative effect to oral Compound glycyrrhizin tablet and intrathoracic injection of Compound glycyrrhizin injection combine with Anti-tuberculosis drugs in the patients suffering from tuberculous pleurisy. Methods Trentment group 80 patients adopt oral Compound glycyrrhizin tablet and intrathoracic injection of Compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with Anti-tuberculosis drugs, contrast group 80 patients adopt prednisone tablet combine with Anti-tuberculosis drugs. Results The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group on pleural effusion absorption rate, and The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group on abnormal liver function. Conclusion Using Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with antituberculosis drugs in treating tuberculosis pleurisy is evident effect and and smaller side effect.
