Tiotropium Bromide on stationary phase moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients to improve the quality of life of the inquiry
Objective Investigate tiotropium improved quality of life in patients with moderate to severe stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods Select 80 cases of patients with moderate to severe stable COPD were randomly divided into conventional treatment group with tiotropium treatment group, Each group of 40 people. Each group of patients before and after treatment of 6MWT, CAT, Pulmonary function, MRC score. Results Improve relevant indicators of the quality of life of patients in both groups after 1 year of treatment than before treatment(P<0.05, P<0.01), but the tiotropium group compared with the control group improved more significantly(P<0.01). Conclusions Tiotropium significantly improved respiratory function in patients with moderate to severe COPD, but also can significantly improve patients' health-related quality of life.
